BMC Discovery Consultant

Role: BMC Discovery Consultant

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

Rate: £450-550pd + expenses

Duration: 3 months with extension possibility

We are looking for a specialist in BMC Discovery for one of our clients in Europe. The successful consultant will initially work on the implementation of Discovery before transitioning to BAU type support for a period of time until a permanent solution is reached.

Responsibilities:

• Run the project to implement BMC Discovery on behalf of our client
• Act as the BMC Discovery subject matter expert and advise on implementing best practice
• Produce recommendations for complex resolution of issues
• Work in conjunction with the end client to best utilise the full capability of BMC Discovery
• Perform BAU style tasks to run BMC Discovery on an operational basis for a short period of time

Experience needed:

• Hands on experience with the latest version of BMC Discovery
• Experience being “the go to” person on a Discovery implementation
• A broader level of experience within BMC’s ITSM product suite would be an advantage but is not essential

The successful candidate must be able to be in Sweden, Stockholm 5 days per week for the duration of the project.
