An exciting Change Manager opportunity has arisen to join a Support Services business going through a lot of recent change. This individual will be part of a growing team helping to shape and deliver the strategic change portfolio across the UK and EMEA.


This is an instrumental role in ensuring the business is ready for the changes and the portfolio of programmes are embedded effectively.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Business Change Manager to develop the business change strategy to include a structured change management methodology and communications plan.
  • Assess the current business readiness and work with key stakeholders to create actionable deliverables and manger through to completion.
  • Coach the project managers, sponsors and SME’s to enable them to embed the change effectively
  • Design business benefits and identify key metrics required by the business, monitor throughout the implementation and report on benefits achieved.
  • Develop materials and tools to support the delivery of change projects to ensure effective utilisation of the change management toolkit and drive required activity with key stakeholders, line managers and project teams.

Experience Required:

  • Extensive experience in successfully embedding long term strategic change through applying effective change management methodologies and principles.
  • Solid understanding of the change journey, people impact and ability to move through this process when implementing a new way of working.
  • A passion for driving operational and cultural change with a specific focus on delivering exceptional customer experience and increased business results.
  • Excellent communication skills with a good level of negotiation, influencing and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience of performing a similar role within a major FTSE 250 organisation or comparable organisation or have experience of delivering the requirements of this role across multiple clients as a member of a top tier professional services (consulting) firm.
  • A recognised change management qualification or equivalent experience.
