Role: Customer Success Executive (CSE) Control-M

Location: Madrid, Spain

Day Rate: €450-500pd

Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension

Start: Immediately

A new opportunity to work with a major client as a Customer Success Executive with Control-M experience has arisen. The opportunity consists of joining an industry-leading software company who are growing rapidly, to work on a contract basis.

The Senior CSE Control-M candidate must have:

  1. Experience in helping customers increase their value in investment in their products.
  2. The program is fronted by Customer Success Executives (CSEs) supported by Architects from within the team and from the wider resource pool.
  3. Each CSE works with up to four customers at a time.
  4. The service, and hence the CSE, focuses on the following:
    • Representing the client in post-sale governance with on-going alignment
    • Defining what success looks like and how it will be measured, before documenting it the form of a Success Plan that the Customer can buy into
    • Tracking achievement against the Success Plan, focusing in particular on maximising product adoption
    • Leveraging their ecosystem as necessary to help address issues
    • Developing roadmaps
  5. Control-M experience
