The opportunity consists of joining an industry-leading software company who are growing rapidly, to work on a contract basis. The Senior Customer Success Executive candidate must have: Experience in helping customers increase their value in investment in their products. Each CSE works with up to four customers at a time. The service, and hence the CSE, focuses on the following: Representing the client in post-sale governance with on-going alignmentDefining what success looks like and how it will be measured, before documenting it the form of a Success Plan that the Customer can buy intoTracking achievement against the Success Plan, focusing in particular on maximising product adoptionLeveraging their ecosystem as necessary to help address issuesDeveloping roadmaps The program is fronted by Customer Success Executives (CSEs) supported by Architects from within the team and from the wider resource pool.
