Role: Customer Success Executive (CSE)

Location: Saudi Arabia

Day Rate: £400-450pd

Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension

Start: Immediately

A new opportunity to work with a major client as a Customer Success Executive experience has arisen. The opportunity consists of joining an industry-leading software company who are growing rapidly, to work on a contract basis.

The Senior Customer Success Executive candidate must have:

  1. Experience in helping customers increase their value in investment in their products.
  2. Each CSE works with up to four customers at a time.
  3. The service, and hence the CSE, focuses on the following:
    • Representing the client in post-sale governance with on-going alignment
    • Defining what success looks like and how it will be measured, before documenting it the form of a Success Plan that the Customer can buy into
    • Tracking achievement against the Success Plan, focusing in particular on maximising product adoption
    • Leveraging their ecosystem as necessary to help address issues
    • Developing roadmaps
  4. The program is fronted by Customer Success Executives (CSEs) supported by Architects from within the team and from the wider resource pool.
