Role: ITSM Consultant (BMC Centric)

Location : Kuwait (could do 3 weeks in Kuwait 1 week remote, recurring)

Duration: 4 Months

Start : Asap

Rate : £500-550pd + expenses

Responsibilities

We are searching for an experienced ITSM Consultant to lead an upgrade of Remedy from 9.1 to the latest version. Some of the roles and responsibilities of the ITSM consultant will include:

• Upgrade all in-scope applications
• Assist with project management throughout the upgrade
• Act as go to expert on how the latest version of the ITSM application will benefit the business
• Lead workshops to gather business/technical requirements.
• ITSM solution planning and solution document design
• Coordinate release planning and implementations.
• Remediation of custom integrations
• Data migration

The successful candidate will have a vast history of successful BMC remedy implementations. You are likely to come from a dev/architect background within the BMC product suite (specifically remedy).
