Role: Remedy Developer (Smart reporting)

Location: Bucharest, Romania (partially remote)

Rate: £450-500pd + expenses

Duration: 5 months (first 4 weeks on-site and remaining 4 months remotely)

We are looking for a Remedy Developer for a client project to start in Bucharest, Romania with the possibility of working the remainder of the contract remotely. The core role of the Remedy Developer will be to get smart reporting optimised and working to spec for the end client.

Responsibilities:

• Configure smart reporting within Remedy as per the client’s specifications
• The Remedy Developer will be under the day-to-day command of the end client
• Investigate problem tickets and perform environment maintenance
• Flexible to provide on-call support

Experience needed:

• Hands-on experience with BMC Remedy v9 ITSM solution and specifically smart reporting
• A broader understanding of the BMC ITSM product suite
• Experience solving problems related to incident/problem processes
• Ability to fulfill service requests and changes
• Proficiency in design and development of Remedy APIs (Java based) would also be advantageous
