Role: Remedy Support Consultant

Location: South East England

Rate: £350-450pd + expenses

Duration: 3 months with extension possibility

We are looking for a remedy administrator/support consultant for a client project based in south east England. This role will support a key BMC Remedy ITSM customer with the administration of their platform. Essentially the role will act as an extra pair of hands to assist the current support team who’s time is currently divided between remedy support and other work.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving incidents and defects
  • Being the person responsible for l2 remedy issues
  • Produce recommendations for complex resolution of issues
  • Investigate problem tickets and perform environment maintenance
  • Flexible to provide on call support

Experience needed:

  • Hands on experience with BMC Remedy v9 ITSM solution
  • Experience solving problems related to incident/problem processes
  • Ability to fulfill service requests and changes
The successful candidate must be prepared to be on-site 5 days per week in the south east (Kent).
