In this role you’ll will be working with our PMO Team in India and UK.The PMO Resource Analyst will be coordinating internal and external reportTasks• Supporting resource allocation across all the services projects spread across UK, Europe and USA• Maintaining resource allocation tracker on the internal system called Salesforce• Processing and managing all Technical Training for all the internal Technical Consultants• Coordinating internal and external reports; gathering, analysing, and summarizing data and information for project teams.• Providing special knowledge and data for the project management team(s).• Looking after Bench resources, assisting and/ or training staff as required• Assisting and/or training staff as required• Maintaining and keeping track of resource’s data in the system such as Skills Matrix, Security Clearances etc• Supporting On-boarding of the contract resources• Helping the PMO team with any other adhoc requirementsProfile:• Strong resource management, planning and tracking experience• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Working with Project Managers and other senior stakeholders• Experience working within a PMO function and strong governance exposure.• Proactive go-getter mentality and ability to challenge senior stakeholdersAdditional Skills:• Knowledge of salesforce CRM and PSA would be beneficial.• Strong attention to detail and a pro-active nature Job Features Experience2-5yrs Apply Online First Name*Last Name*Email*Phone Number*Cover NoteAttach Resume* Submit
