About the role:

• Working closely with the development team to ensure availability of user documentation for each release for our three products Helix Agility Suite, Talos and eBonding
• Ability to transform developer documentation to end user documentation.
• Good communication skills to coordinate documentation with developers.

Technical Skills:

Essential:

• Experience and knowledge in web development in creating end user documentation
• Knowledge in Confluence and Word

Desirable:

• Knowledge in BMC Products
• Knowledge in Testing

Interpersonal Skills:

Essential:

• Ability to work as a supportive development team member
• Ability to analyse and solve problems
• Ability to influence others with logical arguments
• Ability to work to deadlines

Desirable:

• Ability to context switch between different priority work loads
